Improvements

Bot UI

Single-choice and multiple-choice responses now display as a dropdown menu in the bot UI when there are 10 or more options available. This has been increased from the previous six.

 

DocuSign

We've updated the subject lines of DocuSign envelopes sent via Josef so they feature the text, Please sign this document set. 

 

Webhooks

Webhooks will now send as expected even when calculations remain unresolved.

Fixes

Documents

1. Previously, users were unable to download generated documents that experienced issues with File upload variables. Specifically, when such variables were switched from File upload to Text in the bot builder, the associated automated document would not download. No longer! Such documents now download as expected.
2. There were instances where builders had been able to apply multiple text rules to the same strings of text in the Josef word editor. This is unexpected platform behaviour and has since been resolved! Only one text rule can be applied to a string of text at a time.
3. We also fixed an issue that allowed builders to upload multiple documents to one document message. We've tweaked things on our end to prevent this from happening in the future. Only one document can be uploaded to a given document message. 

 

Export & re-upload documents

We squashed some bugs and made some improvements to the export & re-upload (beta) feature to ensure automated documents re-upload (with automations) with better consistency.

 

Calculations

Calculations inserted within calculations (aka nested calculations) now feature in documents and notifications with no hiccups. Yay!

 

Save progress

We've polished the Save progress feature's functionality in the bot UI to ensure users can interact with bots via these this method as expected.
