Logo
We have had a face lift and updated our logo across the platform: in the log-in portal, the dashboard, within email notifications and the bot user interface!
Collaboration
Builders can now copy bots to other accounts in their organisation to allow other builders to collaborate on building and launching a bot. This functionality is accessible using the new ‘Copy to’ button in the Details tab. An email can be issued to the receiving builder to notify them of the copy in their account.
For now the bots are not linked which means changes made within them will not flow through to one another.
Attach documents into generated documents
Builders can now attach documents (docx.) uploaded by an end-user as an appendix to a generated document. Learn more in our Help Center article on creating a document.
Embed images into generated documents
Builders can now embed an image (.png and .jpg files) uploaded by an end-user into a generated document. Learn more in our Help Center article on creating a document.
Duration response type
Builders can now create messages requiring end-users to provide a response based on a duration, such as a number of days, weeks, months or years.
Other features and improvements
Single-choice and multiple-choice options
We’ve enhanced the way options are displayed (either as a list or in a pill format) in the bot interface so that end-users' view of options are accessible and easy to view.
Message and variable names
These names now automatically update throughout the bot wherever they are inserted when the name is updated by the builder.
