Access tokens

We've expanded our integration capabilities! Builders can now create access tokens that allow Josef to pull data from OAuth applications like Google Sheets, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc. directly into bots.

Using access tokens, this data can then populate API request response types as well as API variables located in your bot's Variables library.

Improvements

API variables

We've improved the reliability of single and multiple-choice responses populated with data pulled via APIs. They should now display and work as expected.  

Export & re-upload documents

If a document featuring an empty rule is exported and then re-uploaded, Josef will now automatically remove that rule when the document's back in the Josef Word editor. 

As best practice, we'd recommend builders check their document rules are complete and valid while testing their document and before exporting it.
