Document preview

Allow users to preview documents

Josef users can download a preview of their document to review before finalizing their interaction.

Follow the instructions below to enable this for your bot:

Form bots

  1. In the Dashboard, head to the Design tab of your bot.
  2. Under Experience, select Form as the user experience.
  3. Once Form is selected, End user document preview will appear in a section below.
  4. Click on the toggle to enable or disable the document preview feature.
  5. Launch or Update your bot and test your bot live. 
  6. Now, external documents will show a Preview document button to allow users to generate the document for review. 
  7. Users will need to answer all questions in the bot before they are able to preview the document. 

Note: this feature is only available for live bots.

Chat bots

  1. In the Dashboard, head to the Design tab of your bot.
  2. Under Experience, select Chat as the user experience.
  3. Launch or Update your bot in the Launch tab and test your bot.
  4. In the Chat experience, users are able to download the document before reaching a final message.
