Improvements

Bot interface

Now all single-choice and multiple choice responses will display in the same order in which they are configured in the Dashboard.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is now Auto-Trimming message and variable names.

Export & re-upload documents

Builders can now copy existing variables in exported automated documents (in Microsoft Word) and insert them throughout via copy-and-paste.

Once the document has been re-uploaded, the copied variables will be recognized as normal.

Pull external data into bots via APIs

Builders are now unable to create Image messages without first uploading an image.

User experience

When builders are looking to create external and internal document messages, they'll now need to first create the message by clicking Create in order to then upload the relevant document for automation. 

The Upload document button will remain disabled until the message has been created. 

Webhooks

All answers to looped responses are now included in webhooks.
