Customise topics for better training and reporting

You can now add, edit, and delete topics when customising your tool. Topics help categorise the questions your tools are getting so that you can derive important insights and also assign questions to owners for actioning. Learn more about topics here! 

Keep your tools published (with inactive questions)

You can now publish tools that contain inactive (outdated) questions. This allows you to keep your tools available for users while you update your training set. You will see a clear warning in the publish modal if inactive questions are present, allowing oversight before publishing.
