# Getting answers

## Getting answers to your questions on Josef Q is easy! Here’s how.

### How to retrieve a response

#### Ask

To retrieve a **response**, simply ask the Q&A a question.

1. Input text (followed by a “?”) into the **Your question** field, and
2. Click **Ask**. Josef Q will then generate a response below for review.

#### Feedback

To provide feedback on the generated response to the Q&A creator, click either of the below:

- 👍  (for a positive response) or
- 👎  (for a negative response)

#### Source(s)

On the right, next to the Q&A’s response, you’ll notice **Source(s)**.

This contains the name of the document that forms the Q&A’s knowledge base, as well as the section(s) of text forming the Q&A’s answer.
