A developer console is a tool that logs information about the backend operations of the Josef application. The information logged in the console can help our developers investigate and solve issues that you may experience. You can find below instructions on how to open the developer console in your browser. Once you've opened up the developer console, please take a screenshot and share it with us. Thank you in advance! ### Google Chrome To open the console in Chrome, use this keyboard shortcut: **Cmd + Option + J (on a Mac)** or **Ctrl + Shift + J (on Windows)**. You can also press **F12** to open it. You can also press **F12** to open it. The console will either open up within your existing Edge window, or in a new window. You may have to select the **Console** tab. ### Mozilla Firefox To open the console in Firefox, use this keyboard shortcut: **Cmd + Option + K (on a Mac)** or **Ctrl + Shift + J (on Windows)**.
