What’s new

  • Bot/form interface - save progress feature: end-users can now share their saved interaction via email. The link can be used to resume the bot interaction or shared with others to collaborate on responses. 
  • Bot/form interface - download record feature: end-users can now receive a record of their bot interaction via email.

Improvements

  • API optimisations to improve speed, performance and stability across both chat and form interface. 

Bug fixes 

  • Applying formatting to inserted responses in messages: this was not working and has been resolved. 
  • Message character limit: URLs for hyperlinks used to count towards the character limit for messages. Now, only the text that is displayed in the message counts towards the character limit.
