July 2025 (Release 28 - 29)
What's New
SharePoint Change Detection
SharePoint tools now display a 'Check for changes' button so you can easily see if any files have been added, updated, or deleted in your SharePoint folder before updating your knowledge base. No changes detected? You'll get a 'No changes detected' message.
SharePoint Badge & Visual Cues:
SharePoint-based tools now display a SharePoint badge and icon on the Content tab and Update button, making it easy to identify tools linked to SharePoint.
Improvements
- Smoother error handling: You'll now see helpful messages when there's a SharePoint connection issue.
- Clearer tool status: Tools stay in 'Update in progress' until all files are fully processed, preventing premature status changes and broken pages.
- Better error handling for large files: you will now receive a clear message if a file exceeds the allowed size for processing, helping you quickly resolve issues before submission.
- Sharepoint tools only become "Unpublished" after all files have finished processing or removal.
