Chat sidebar links: users can now add a mailto: link in the chat interface sidebar to allow for direct email communications
Statistics module: a statistics module has been added to the Activity tab to provide more accurate data analytics about the performance of bots
Word editor - looping: users now have more control over how looped answers appear in a document
Word editor - format painter: users can now copy formatting from one block and apply it to others
Word editor - unlocking unsupported content: users can now unlock unsupported blocks and edit them directly in the Word editor
Word editor - reordering blocks: users can now re-order text blocks in the Word editor if required

Activity export: users can now access links to documents in the activity export and review whether or not an individual interaction was completed
Activity lazy loading: the records in the Activity tab will now only load when needed, improving the speed and performance of the Dashboard
Details/Activity location: the Details and Activity tabs were swapped to represent a more logical flow of actions over the life of a bot
