## October 2026 release notes for Josef NCAP

### What's new

- **Enhanced workflows!** Josef’s improved approval flows enable Josef bots to smoothly handle multiple approval steps and multiple approvers. This enables legal teams to standardise and streamline existing manual workflows in disparate communication systems such as email, Microsoft Teams, etc. Follow here to learn more about [workflows](https://help.joseflegal.com/managing-bot-workflows?hsLang=en).

### Improvements

- Notification subject lines: builders can add variables into email subject lines to help legal teams easily sort through Josef notifications in a busy inbox.
- Interaction IDs: added to the activity tab to allow easier review of bot records.
