Josef Q automatically logs every question asked across your tools. You can view these records anytime in each tool’s Reporting tab.
The reporting tab contains a table with the following columns:
- Date
- this is the date a question was asked
- Question
- this is a record of a question asked by a user
- Answer
- this is a record of an answer provided to the user
Separately, you can also view data analytics across all your tools in the Engagement tab. You can access that by heading to the Home page (click the Josef Q logo in the top-left corner of the dashboard), then the Engagement tab in the top navigation bar.
