What’s new

  • Flowchart: a redesigned flowchart to build in an easier and more intelligent way. This includes faster building, easier visualization of bot logic flow, and automatic organisation of messages 
  • Preview bots: admins can now preview bots in their organisation from within the Organisation tab

Improvements 

  • Loading improvements: users experience faster load times of records in the activity tab now
  • User interface: the dashboard automatically adjusts the view when users open a sidebar
  • User interface: rules sidebar now more clearly explains how rules apply and the All/Any toggle only appears when it is applicable
  • Webhook retries: if a delivery to a webhook fails, the bot will resend the data

Bug fixes

The following have been fixed!

  • Caret moving when editing a notification message
  • Looped tables in the Word editor not appearing intermittently
  • The All/Any toggle not responding correctly in group rules
