Share tool access
Creators may want to collaborate with others to moderate, tune, and test their tools. Here's how.
Dashboard access
Creators can share dashboard edit access with other people to manage their tools. People given edit access to tools will be able to access those tools in their own Q Dashboard. Follow the steps below to configure your tool:
First, access your tool in the dashboard.
In the Share tab, a user access table will appear outlining who currently has access.
Use the Add people drop-down list to select, or type in, the person you would like to receive edit access. Only people with a Josef Q account in your organisation can be added. If you'd like to add new users to Josef Q, please contact your Josef admin.
