Xakia

Josef’s Xakia integration enables you to send your bot’s messages and documents to Xakia to: 

  • create a new legal help request
  • create a new matter

This article will show what Xakia workflows are available and how you can enable the integration for your bot(s). 

Available workflows

Workflow 1 - Create a new legal help request in Xakia

Your Josef bot can automatically create a new legal help request in Xakia each time an interaction is completed. This new Xakia matter will be populated with the relevant data from your Josef bot.

For the data to flow correctly, we’ll map your Josef messages to the Xakia fields in your Xakia account. Please create a legal intake form in Xakia and follow these naming conventions for your bot’s messages to be automatically mapped:

Workflow 2 - Create a new matter in Xakia

Your Josef bot can automatically create a new matter in Xakia. This new Xakia matter will be populated with the relevant data from your Josef bot.

For the data to flow correctly, we’ll map your Josef messages to the Xakia fields in your Xakia account. Please follow these naming conventions for your bot’s messages to be mapped:

How to enable your Xakia integration

If you would like to enable your Xakia integration, please reach out to us at support@joseflegal.com with the following:

  1. The workflow you wish to enable
  2. Name of your bot(s) 
  3. The account email address your bot(s) sit in 
  4. Your Xakia authentication details which can be found in the ‘Developers’ section in your Xakia account:
    1. Client ID
    2. Client Secret (either Secret 1 or Secret 2)
    3. Request header “x-xa-tenant”
    4. Request header “x-xa-location”
    5. Xakia legal intake URL (only applicable for Workflow 1)

Our team will help you enable the integration and let you know as soon as it’s ready for testing.
