Creating tools

Creating Q&As on Josef Q is easy. Here’s how.

Initial setup

Step 1. Name your tool

Give your shiny new tool a name and click Next when ready.Create a tool step 1 name your tool

Note: This name will be displayed to end-users.

Step 2. Choose source

This step is only visible when a source integration is available to you. 

You'll be given the option to either select to upload document(s) or use that source as content for your knowledgebase.

Step 3. Upload document(s)

To create your Q&A tool, you’ll first need to upload a document. This could be the contents of a privacy policy, for example.

Click the upload field to select a local .docx or .pdf file, or drag and drop.

Once uploaded, click Next.

Alternatively, you can also, Upload another document.

Step 4. Success!

Success! You’ve created your tool.

Now, either click Settings to review your tool, or View to start asking it questions.
