Tools
After logging in to Josef Q, creators are taken to the Dashboard where they can create, edit and track their tools.
New tool
In the top right of the Dashboard, next to the home button, click New tool to get started creating your tool.
Your tools
Under Tools, click the three dots on the right of each tool to do the following.
- View
- View the end-user tool interface.
- Edit
- Edit the tool’s settings, moderate responses, etc.
- Copy URL
- Copy the tool’s URL to share with users.
- Delete
- Permanently delete your tool. Be careful there’s no going back!
Support & Logout
On the left, you’ll also notice a sidebar where you can click either of the following.
- Support
- Click Support to be taken to Josef Q Support (where you are right now!).
- Logout
- Click Logout to log out of your account.

Engagement
Tracking tool engagement
In the Engagement tab, creators can view a list of their tools, including
- Status (unpublished vs published)
- Last date used
- Feedback percentage
- # of questions asked
- # of answers moderated
